- What makes your Contractors different?
- Aside from being licensed, insured, and pledged to the Pay-it-Forward Promise, we actually get to know our members! Contractors are required to submit profiles online for review by their fellow members, and also attend regular breakfast meetings. Member contractors are held accountable for their service and professionalism. Those who do not measure up are asked to leave the network.
- What happens when I submit my project request?
- First, your information is reviewed to determine if we understand your needs clearly. If additional clarification is required, we may call or email you. We then match you with local service providers based on the number of bids and services you requested. If you included your email address, you will receive emails indicating the name of the company(s) that were assigned to you. Each contractor will contact you independently, unless you elected to set an appointment directly through Contractor Concierge.
- I was referred by a Non-Profit and want to make sure the Referral Fee is going to be paid to the Non-Profit?
- Just make sure you use the referral form, and enter the name of the nonprofit, or charity in the top field. Contractor Concierge will add the appropriate donations to that organization's account Alternately, you may click through from that organization's website or an email link, and note that the Start-a-Project Page will display the organization's name will appear as the referring agent. If you are unsure about this, just call Jack.
- How do I qualify to become a Referral Partner?
- Read the information on the Referral Partner page. If you feel like you qualify, you probably do!! Review and submit the application, and we will notify you upon acceptance to the program.
- Can I see a list of your Contractors before I submit my request?
- The direct matching process allows us to provide you with contractors based on area, availability, membership status, and suitability for the project. We also want to follow up with you to ensure you're getting the best service! Merely providing a directory of service providers would add little value. Besides, Jack likes to keep busy!
- I know a good contractor that would be a good fit for your network. What is the best way to make a referral?
- We're always looking for quality service providers! Contact us with your associate's name and contact information, and we will follow up promptly to determine if it's a match. Even if there is not an immediate availability in the local chaper, we are happy to put them on a waiting list.
