My name is Rick Ladendorf and I am a homeowner, founder and the Customer Experience Officer (CEO) of Contractor Concierge. My passion is to make sure your home improvement experience is pleasant and uneventful. Our tagline says “It's about the experience,” and it is safe to assume, we all want a good experience...especially when it comes to our homes!

To help ensure you have a good experience, we only refer Contractors which are part of the Pay-it-Forward Network, and they are all Jack Approved™. The Network is what makes us unique and special. We are not just a referral service—we are a company dedicated to improving the home improvement industry one project, one customer and one contractor at a time.

My right hand man is Jack, which is our Contractor Concierge and a Master of all Trades™. His job is to match the Homeowners' needs with up to three Contractors, all of whom are Members of the Pay-it-Forward Network.

Jack will match you to the right contractor as soon you as you let him know that you are ready for a consultation.
